Our Team

We work collaboratively with our clients to bring the best of both organizations to address the issues. We have an experienced team, with each member having multiple years of experience.

Our team members have over ten years of consulting and industry experience on average. We have global representation and experiences working in Europe and the Americas. The global scope of our experience within our focus industries allows us to hit the ground running with little ramp-up time. Our team members are experienced in working with multiple clients and functional areas across the healthcare industry.


Anne Love

Anne has more than ten years of international management experience in addition to three years experience consulting in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked within a number of industries, mainly in the pharmaceutical and electronic banking sectors. Anne has many years experience in the management of product development, launch, and post launch lifecycle in manufacturing business environments. Anne has consulted on issues ranging from product launch strategy and process, to opinion leader development. Anne holds a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.

 

David Ridemar

David has more than ten years of international strategy and management consulting experience in addition to more than five years experience in industry. As a strategy consultant, he has worked with numerous international clients within a number of industries, mainly in the pharmaceutical and consumer retail sectors. He has primarily been focused in recent years on strategic assessments and due diligence together with advice in merger and acquisition situations in the life sciences industries. David has consulted on a number of issues, ranging from growth strategy formulation to valuation/pricing strategies and launch/design of products. Previously, David was a Senior Manager with Capgemini's Strategy & Transformation practice. David holds a Master of Science of Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Sweden

 

Dhiraj Malik

Dhiraj brings deep experience in strategy and operations consulting in bio-pharmaceuticals. His work has focused on the development and deployment of commercial (sales and marketing) strategy and operations, with a strong emphasis on organizational change management and alignment. Previously, Dhiraj was Vice President and head of Capgemini's west coast Lifesciences practice. He developed several key accounts and service offerings in strategy and transformation consulting. Dhiraj has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Delhi College of Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an MBA from the University of Southern California

 

Jennifer Sayer

Jennifer has three years of consulting experience and over seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Clarescent, Jennifer was employed by Merck where her industry experience included the development of analytical methods for evaluation of drug substances and products in support of new drug filings. More recently, Jennifer served as a liaison between Merck and international pharmacopoeia to represent the pharmaceutical company's perspective in regards to public testing standards and compendial requirements. She has represented Merck to industry groups and has participated in several industry-wide collaborative responses to influence international compendia. Companies she has consulted with since joining Clarescent include Wyeth, Johnson and Johnson, Cardinal Health, and Genentech. Jennifer holds a BA in Chemistry from Immaculata University and an MS in Chemistry from West Chester University

 

Kashif Chaudhry

Kashif has over fifteen years of strategy and management consulting experience in addition to more than five years of industry experience. He has worked extensively with clients in the life sciences industry, both in North America and Europe. Kashif has consulted on a variety of issues including strategy formulation, product commercialization, market segmentation, KOL management and scenario planning. Previously, Kashif was a Vice-President in Gemini Consulting's Life Sciences practice and a global account executive for two of their global life sciences clients. Kashif holds a BS from the Johns Hopkins University, a MS from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Clients he has consulted with include Astellas, Bayer, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer among others.

 

Larry Kupeli

Larry is a seasoned life sciences executive with over 20 years of industry and consulting experience working with start-up, 'top ten,' and nonprofit organizations. His focus has been in commercial operations, quality, and development, helping clients strengthen their business processes and capabilities. Previously, Larry was Vice President of Marketing for the MedicAlert Foundation, where he led marketing and contributions efforts for the leading emergency medical information services provider. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager in the Life Sciences Practice of Capgemini LLC, a global consulting firm, where he advised leading pharmaceutical and biotech firms. Additionally, he led a business unit for Bio-Rad Laboratories, a global life sciences company, where his P+L responsibilities included global marketing, research and development, and international support for a wide range of products targeting the clinical diagnostics marketplace. Larry has presented on a wide range of industry topics and holds a patent on clinical informatics systems. He has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Boston College and an MBA from Boston University.

 

Steve Schack

Steve has over 20 years of experience in consulting and industry, and specializes in working with clients on business transformation, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and talent development. His work, focused primarily on delivering lasting change to pharmaceutical R&D (mainly drug development) along with other areas of the life sciences value chain, has been for top global pharmaceutical firms and biotech and medical device companies. Previously, Steve spent several years as a Senior Manager in Capgemini's Life Sciences transformation consulting practice, and as Director of the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare practice of FIND/SVP's Strategic Consulting & Research Group. He began his life sciences career as the strategy manager for The Green Cross Corporation, a major Japanese pharmaceutical firm now merged with Yoshitomi Pharmaceuticals. Steve earned his MBA from George Washington University and a BA from Rutgers University, as well as certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University.
